Here I am with my family.  Nancy & I have been married for 35 years.  Heather graduated from Fruitport High School in 2008 and is currently attending Muskegon Community College this summer and Aquinas College this fall.  Brooke is a senior at FHS.

Here are a few things I want you to know about me.  I am:

§                    A life long Muskegon County resident; fourth generation Fruitport Township resident

§                    An experienced small businessman with years of dedicated public service

o       Township Planning Commission (Chairman for 20+ years)

o       County Commissioner – Vice Chair Public Works & liaison to County Road Commission since 2002

§                    A fiscal conservative – protecting the people’s money from waste

§                    Responsibly “green” – supporting environmental initiatives with an eye to their economic and social impacts

I will represent you as we lead the County through the economically challenging times ahead, with innovation, logic, and planning.
